Trouble signing in

Use your TMU or U of T email, or the email associated with your existing Toromet account. Check your spam folder for the verification email and use the newest code. Codes expire after 10 minutes. If you joined with an invite, use the email you provided when joining.

If you still cannot sign in, email us from your account email address and describe what happens. Never send us your verification code.

Notifications or a crash

On iPhone, check Settings → Notifications → Toromet. Enable notifications and adjust Show Previews to control whether message text appears. If you use the website, check your browser’s notification permission for toromet.com.

When reporting a problem, include your iPhone or browser version, Toromet build number if you use TestFlight, and the steps that caused it. Screenshots can help; remove private messages and other personal information before sending them. If TestFlight offers to share a crash report, you can share it with the developer.

Report abuse or block someone

Use the member’s profile menu in Toromet to block or report them. You can also email us with a description of the problem and the relevant member or room. Do not share someone’s private information unnecessarily. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; Toromet support is not an emergency service.

Delete your account or ask about your data

Open your profile and choose Delete account, then confirm your choice. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account to request deletion or help accessing or correcting your information.

Toromet is an independent student community. Event schedules, registration, and club membership are managed by their organizers. Follow the source link on a listing for the latest details, or email us to report an incorrect listing.
